Join us for Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with Sound Bath, a transformative 2-hour community experience led by Johnna Marcino.
We’ll flow into Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, using intentional breathing techniques to release tension, awaken clarity, and deepen connection to self and spirit.
The evening will close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you—integrating the practice and leaving you in a state of grounded renewal.
Energy exchange: This is a donation-based event (suggested donation: $25). All are welcome—no one turned away for lack of funds.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask). Open to all levels and experience backgrounds.
